The client receives 3 copies of the report. The first 2 copies are complete with prices etc. In the 3rd copy the values are not stated, the clients often use this copy towards interested buyers. If requested we also forward the report electronically.

In the report each asset or asset group is valued from the 3 following principles:

Valuation principles
Valuation 1: Value at going concern
Valuation 2: Value at focused sales
Valuation 3: Value at compulsory sales right now
